Workshop format
The one-day workshop will take place on October 25 and will have two sessions.
-
Morning session: In the morning session, workshop participants present their results or ongoing research in short 10-minute presentations, which are followed by 5-minute discussion slots. The presentations will be grouped by similar topics. Alternatively, workshop participants may also present demos. Demos submission is done via the submission of a short paper describing the demo itself and its innovative aspects (or the research undertaken on its development). In general, we invite short papers and demos, 4 pages, as well as long papers, 8 pages, on original ongoing research.
- Afternoon session:The afternoon is organized in a short-paper session as well as breakout sessions for discussion and brainstorming on more focused topics that are of interest to the workshop participants and organizers. The list of topics will be prepared in advance according to the papers submitted to the workshop.
Update on presentation times: The presentation and discussion for long papers is 15 minutes (10+5). Short paper authors are invited to present their work in short 3-minute mini-presentations before the breakout sessions. See also the workshop programm page.
