Paper submission

We solicit short and long papers as well as research demos. Papers should be formatted according to the style guide of UMAP'10. (Springer LNCS)

Long papers present original research work and can be of up to 12 pages in length. Short papers report on work in progress and can have up to 6 pages. Presenters of demo systems are asked to submit short papers describing their system.

Papers should be submitted in PDF format by email to Paper selection will be based on a peer review process; there will be no blind review process - author names and affiliations should be included in the paper.

Important dates

March 29th 2010 : Submission of papers
April 6th 2010 : Submission of papers (extended)
May 10th 2010 : Notification of authors
Jun 1st 2010: Camera-ready papers due
Jun 20th 2010: Workshop held


Workshop papers will be available as printed workshop proceedings.

Depending on the submissions, it is planned to propose a special issue on the topic for an international journal.
